Dynamic company in the automotive industry is seeking a Quality Manger to lead cross-functional quality improvement teams within a growing organization. This key position with the management team will be responsible for developing Business Plans and Budgets for the Quality division. Proven skills with analyzing data to evaluate the current processes and process changes through SPC methods is needed for this position. PPAP and APQP knowledge required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform “root cause analysis” and make appropriate adjustments to increase quality production throughout the manufacturing processes. The Quality Manager will also work directly with suppliers for improvements. This position is responsible for managing and administering all activities of the quality assurance department, including budgeting, staffing, supervision, and training of personnel.
